Anyone else still using using Cardiotrainer?  I use it as a reliable way of tracking my cycling: often android kills endomondo or strava, but typically cardiotrainer keeps on going, and I can download the tracks and upload it to the other sites.  CT is my constant, reliable riding companion.

Until yesterday.  I can't load the main http://noom.com/cardiotrainer/tracks.php page anymore.  On Chrome I'm getting a shockwave has stopped working error, and an firefox, I see an popup like this

A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.

I can see my rides are still there, but I can't access them.  The map never loads and the individual rides are not clickable.

(I can still access old rides by the sharing links I happen to still have - so it looks like a website rather than a data issue)

Can others still see their rides?

I'm still using cardiotrainer. I use it for my runs. So far I haven't had any problems with tracking or anything but I have notice that I can't add or delete my music selections.

I have the same problem.

The program is great on the phone but the website is useless.

I used to love cardiotrainer, I switched to runkeeper less then a month ago. It's decent but now I need a way to convert my old cardiotrainer runs to runkeeper

It had been my navigator but try back Country Navigator. You can download maps and hike any place with GPS only. A HUGE advantage in my hikes in canyons of such places as Guadalupe Mountains NationaL Park.

Thanks for the responses.  It does feel like abandon-ware, but if you check the noom site, there is a blog post from yesterday (ie the site is still alive) and cardio trainer is listed equally with all the other products (albeit as "noom cardio") so it's not entirely dead.

skimoney - I can't see anyway to get the data out of cardiotrainer except via the website, and that's not an option at the moment.

W0MN - thanks for the tip.  Personally, I use osmand for navigation.  I plot cycle routes as gpx, upload them to my phone and then get voice directions as well as a map.

I don't seem to have a problem. The website still seems to be there.

Still completely broken regardless of browser.  Considering how long it's been broken, I'd say Noom is on the way out as a company, never mind CardioTrainer.

Yay.  The website is working for me again.

I have just downloaded 700 gpx tracks from my old cardio trainer account to my strava account.  That took quite a few hours.

Great but how about Twitter Update? I deleted App because of both problems and stonewall responsé arte from support.

My feeling is it just randomly broke, and it just randomly fixed itself. I've been keeping an eye on it, in case this should happen I could get all my lost rides.

I really doubt they did anything.

Agreed! Sad, it used to be very much a good app. Actually it is probably still a good app but the web support stinks.
Cannot say. Omron HJ112 pedometer for exercise tracking and back country navigator for off trail navigation have replaced all else.

Lucky you. Still broken for me.

I actually exchanged emails with Noom executives about this a month or so ago. They made it clear they weren't going to fix anything.

I gave up on CardioTrainer after that exchange.

FWIW, for me it worked to type the key in all caps. I didn't have to do that
before, but I needed to now.

And yes, I also downloaded all GPX tracks and imported them into something
else. A bit painful, but worth it.

Unfortunately my 10,440.69mi over 1,579:08:22 is lost in their system.  I can log in and see it on their Track History page, but "export workout history" crashes every time.  With this so obviously poorly coded, I don't know why anyone would switch to Noom thinking it would be any better.

The site seems to be gone! does anyone know if there are plans to make this data available?

Sorry to tell you Scott, but I think the time you could retrieve your data has passed.   http://noom.uservoice.com/knowledgebase/articles/535276-cardio-trainer-website-coming-down

There seemed to be only about a month when you could (theoretically) get your data, and that seems to be over.

You could try clicking the support link on the above page, but I wouldn't expect a response.

Luckily I managed to extract gpx data back to  when I first installed the app, so I could add it to strava and consolidate my cycling history.

I stopped being able to download my data a long while before they began announcing Cardiotrainer's demise. So i lost all my data. I will never ever have anything to do with another Noom product as they have shown they clearly do not give a damn about their users.

Same here. I lost 2-3 years worth of data. I don't care what products Noom produces or how good its ratings. They proved they will betray their customers whenever they feel like it so I will never buy anything from them again.
