Looks like the only addition to value sets was the "Indications" section.  I reviewed them and have findings in the attached spreadsheet.

I also checked some of the examples in this xml/CCDA translator-- the three I checked did not work (these are within the templates).  http://backbeachsoftware.com.au/challenge/index.htm

Please note there are a couple of tabs in the spreadsheet.
