Dear Cardinal users,

I'm happy to announce our first hands-on workshop for Cardinal next May 2019!

The workshop will be held as part of our May Institute short course series on computation and statistics for mass spectrometry and proteomics at Northeastern University.

This will be a half-day workshop where I will introduce the fundamentals of processing, visualization, and statistical analysis of MS imaging experiments in Cardinal and R. There are a number of other courses being offered that week and next that may be of interest as well. (I am also teaching the "Advanced R" course for developers who want to take the next step toward creating their own MS-related software tools in R. There is also a "Beginner's Statistics in R" course for users who are new to programming and R.)

Sincerely,
Kylie
