Continuing from last week's two cases, are two more cases, the first -

showing a case with non-calcified stenotic lesions, which were very
easy to diagnose and correlated excellently with the catheter
angiogram, but the second showing a heavily calcified mid-LAD lesion,
which was undiagnosable on cardiac CT -
