These two cases illustrate the use of cardiac CT in extra-cardiac
vessel analysis, whether they are extra-cardiac shunts or aortic or
pulmonary pathologies.
The first is a paient with a bi-directional Glenn shunt, which is

The second is a young child with a double aortic arch forming a
vascular ring and causing tracheal compression with fusion images of
the trachea and the ring -
