Pulmonary stenoses

Happy New Year. Hope all of you have a great 2006.

The two cases last week show different types of pulmonary stenotic
lesions, diagnosed extremely well using CMR.

The first is a young man with a sub-PS, i.e. a sub-valvular pulmonary
stenosis due to a membrane -

The second is a young man with TOF operated at age 1 year, now showing
a severe pulmonary stenosis and markedly reduced RV function -
