Carcode v3.0 Alpha 2

Carcode v3.0 Alpha 2 has been released, changes and features include:

* API documentation
* User interface improvements, including the objectives window, the
scoreboard window, and the new main menu.
* Level scripting and car scripting have been modified to use OOP style.
* Level scripting new capabilities to rate the user (scoreboard) and
set level objectives.
