Version in title??

I think having the date as the version in the title of the application (ie. 8-Oct-2010) is confusing (except when the release date happens to be
exactly today.)

What do you guys think about:

a. removing the version from the title? (Although I'm not sure where else to display it... perhaps an uneditable setting?)
b. put 1.0.72 or just 72 in the title (to show the version)
