Release candidate

Hi. I tinkered some more with the history and download details screen.
I think it is usable, but it would be great if some people can try it
out and let me know. (I pushed all of today's changes to github)

Ideally you would back up your /sdcard/carcast dir, then download the
release candidate (by using the browser on the phone)

and then change the setting to "Show Detailed Downloads" then download
some podcasts.

I'm looking to see if it trashes your download history and re-downloads
podcasts you already heard. I'm also looking for problems durning the
download (please use the menu item "Email Download Results" if you get a
weird or problematic download experience.)
