Pending Car Cast update

Hi. I'm preparing to push a new version of Car Cast to market.

I've fixed these issues;

- when deleting from Subscriptions or podcasts the list "looses it's place" and puts you always at the top
- the feedback email carcas...@googlegroups.com bounces (as random people arent members of the list, so I've changed the email address to
carcas...@jadn.com and will figure out a way to forward them to the group.)

Since the update will hit about 5000 people, it would be nice if we can get some more testing. The release candidate is here http://jadn.com/cc.apk
