Spooky. I just updated CarCast with that specific ability... (Erase subscription history.) althought it will only apply to new downloads. So it
will take a few podcasts before this feature works correctly (although you can see the menu item if you do a long press on a subscription.) Note too
that you would want to change the Max setting to allow it to fetch an unlimited number of podcasts.

The quick way to jump to this happy place is to:

1. set max to one podcast
2. goto podcasts and erase history
3. download podcasts (will fetch 1 of each)
4. change max to unlimited
5. go to the subscription you want to load up on
6. "long press" and choose Erase Subscription History
7. download podcasts and you should get all of the podcasts available for that 1 subscription
