The SWPC propagation forecast for his weekend is: SFI 120, A index 8, and K index 2.

The Turkey HF SSB contest begins at 0000Z Saturday and ends 24 hours later.  TA stations will send RS with a 2-digit city code.  The ROTW sends RS and serial number.  Multipliers are DXCC countries, one per band.

 

The HAWAII QSO party begins at 0400Z Saturday and ends 24 hours later.  HI stations will send RS(T) and Hawaiian district.  Other W/VE stations send RS(T) and state/province.  The ROTW sends only RS(T).

 

The YO (Romania) HF DX contest on CW and SSB starts at 1200Z Saturday end ends 24 hours later.  YO stations send RS(T) and county, the ROTW replaces county with serial number.

 

The ARSI (VU) (India) CW/SSB contest begins at 1200Z Saturday and ends 24 hours later.  YO stations will send RS(T) with a state code.  The ROTW replaces the code with a serial number.

 

The Ohio CW/SSB state QSO party begins at 1600Z Saturday and ends 12 hours later.  Ohio stations send RS(T) and county.   The ROTW sends RS(T) with state/province/”DX”.

 

The CVA (Brazilian Army) SSB DX contest begins at 1800Z Saturday and ends 27 hours later.  Brazilians will send RS and state.  The ROTW sends RS and continent.  Military members send RS and “MIL”.

 

The SARL (South Africa) HF CW contest starts at 1400Z Sunday and ends 3 hours later.  The exchange is RST and serial number.
