Questions regarding Hamfest

I have a few questions regarding hamfest next summer:

1. Have we settled on a date and venue?
2. Have we settled on a name?
3. Do we have photographs of past, similar events that I can use for website purposes?

The ARRL guidelines for hamfests tell us that we should be starting publicity 9 months in advance, which, by my reckoning puts us at right about now. We'd like to get a domain registered and set up the infrastructure for building the site by 10/31 in order to have a reasonable initial site by December. At this point, the primary impact is the name of the event (Which affects a number of things, visible and invisible). Unless I hear to the contrary by Friday, 10/31, I will go with WyoHamfest as the general name for the event. 

i can't really make up anything for the other two questions. For #3, I guess I could take a bunch of selfies on POTA activations, but I think that might scare off a bunch of people.
