• Protect-String and Unprotect-String can now encrypt and decrypt, respectively, with a key, password, or passphrase (i.e. added support for symmetric encryption)
  
• Grant-Permission can now create Deny access rules
  
• Set-EnvironmentVariable and Remove-EnvironmentVariable can now set user-level variables for other users
  
• Invoke-PowerShell can run scripts and command as other users
