Climeworks empowers people to reverse climate change by permanently removing carbon dioxide from the air. Our vision is to inspire 1 billion people to be climate positive.

Since Climeworks was founded in 2009, we have been dedicated to scaling up our direct air capture technology to remove legacy CO₂ from the air. Today, as market leader in the field, and backed up by strong investors with a latest funding round of over CHF 600m (USD 650m), we are driving the development of a new, emerging industry. Climeworks operates various facilities all over Europe, including the world's first commercial-scale direct air capture and storage plant.

Internships at Climeworks

Climeworks offers internship positions in different areas throughout the company. Our internships last for at least 6 months, meaning that as an intern, you are able to carry out whole projects from start to finish. You can have a real impact on what we do. Spring internships start in February (published here in November) and autumn internships start in September (published June).
