MH] Some mCDR methods can include water cooling as a coproduct, or co-service, with little added cost to the mCDR methods. Water cooling/ice production, at mCDR scale, would clearly bump the C cycle from a few vectors.

In terms of using cooled water in biotic mCDR reactors, that's one way to keep a vast amount of cold water at the surface, the only other way is to produce ice. 

The NE Bering may be a good site for a 0.5 GtC/y scale operation for wildlife health reasons.
