DMR Contact Lists

When i got my DMR radio i thought it was relatively ridiculous to load the entire world of DMR contacts on my radio.  It just causes your radio to spend lots of CPU cycles searching for contacts when 90% of them you'll never need to reference.  After formatting the the DMR-MARC list to just CO i thought i should write a program to do the formatting for me, so i did.
