Washington DC

Hi Car2Go team,

I just noticed that Washington DC is listed as one of the location on
the Car2Go api. But when I call the web service, it doesn't seemed
like that there are any cars. Is this the expected behaviour?

Yes, this is expected behaviour ;-)
We just opened the registration for Washington DC, but the official
launch (which is when the cars become available) will be next year.

I'd just like to say from experience with the San Diego and Amsterdam launches that when a new location shows up in your app (mine is C2G), but there are no vehicles yet that show up, that results in a wave of confused support emails from customers asking what's wrong. And I can only reply that "things should start working eventually", since I don't know the exact date when vehicles *will* start showing up. It makes for a less than wonderful customer experience. Just something to take into consideration for future launches.
