can the others make it on Monday at 7.30pm for the meeting? because it will not make sense if only shawn rodienne and I make it!

We have a lot to plan, pls we rly need some serious commitment. we need to decide
a) how/when to put up the gazebos

b) where to put up no parking signs

c) who will take care of the money

d) who will take back gazebos on monday
e) if we will give option of soap/no soap

i know we're all busy....i am dying with the worklaod i have. but even if we meet for haf an hour or an hour...at least we set some things in order!!

Hey there :)

I talked a bit with Sheryl as I think it's important that she'll be there as she knows place well and she can only make it from 7.45- 8.20

So the meeting will start at 7.45pm SHARPPPP instead. and if we can finish off at 8.20, it'll be amazing, even for me as I have a lot to do!!
