With reference to your booking form (copied below), kindly note that the equipment requested is available:

The total deposit for the equipment is €200.00.  You can collect them on the 21^st June and return the equipment on the 24^th June 2013.  

 

The deposit will be refunded in full given that the equipment is returned in the same condition as it was handed over and on the date stipulated on the contract.  Kindly inform the person collecting the equipment to bring along an identification document.  The person collecting the equipment will be asked to sign a contract and will take full responsibility for the equipment while on loan to your organisation.

Carlsten & Joseph told me that we should ask Fr. Charles Said for the St. Patrick's van, and anyone with a normal driving license B can drive it. I will drive it filkaz.

2. And when do we need to pick up/drop-off the gazebos?
3. Chan, did they have the 3rd one available too?
4. where are we getting the 300Euro deposit? =)
5. re. no parking signs, how much do we need?
