Dear Ryan,

during yesterday's penultimate session we were told that you have the letter from SPYS, that guarantees we are volunteers who are doing fund raising for a project. could you please forward it to us so that we could start working on the car wash activity?

Hope this email finds you well. I don't know if the SPYS team informed you but unfortunately Alan and myself won't be able to commit ourselves to do voluntary work because of work committments. I wish you the best of luck for the car wash activity and also for the volontary work experience. I'm sure it will be an enriching experience.
