St. Patricks Van

Dear Fr. Charlie,

As part of SPYS, I would like to ask for your permission to use the van for a fund-raising car wash we will be having on the 22nd June, to raise funds for the projects in India & Kenya that volontiers will be going to in the following months. Since this car wash will be held at Msida, in the sun, next to the worker's monument (in the middle of the roundabout), we have managed to book 3 gazebos from Aġenzija Żgħażagħ, and therefore we would need to carry them to and from the agency, SPYS office and Msida.

The dates we would need the van are 22nd June (if possible all day, if not will use it in the morning and in the evening) and 24th June in the morning to return them to the agency.

We will be needing the van on Saturday morning at 6.45am-9am and in the evening (around 6pm-9pm). Then on Monday morning (7am-9am).

Since it will be needed early in the morning, should I pick it on Friday eve? Or will you be awake at that early hour =) Whatever is best for you is good for me.
