minutes for car wash

Dear all,

these are the minutes of today's meeting. please read through carefully.

a) Sarah, Matthew and Shawn will be taking it in turns to co-ordinate the flow of cars, and check that each car wash is being paid for.

Shawn is to create a table with 'number plate' and ' donation paid' for the coordinators to keep track of things. they will also take care of the cash box.
YOu also need to check about whereabouts of cash box.

b) Sheryl is going to the area on Friday, and close off the parking space with red tape and no parking signs (with police stamps). keep receipts of expenses.

She will also tell 5 of her friends to help us during car wash.

She will also check about time of evening mass (she thinks its 6pm) and we will extend car wash time accordingly, as a lot of people will come

c) ALL: ON THE DAY WE ARE GOING TO BE THERE AT 7.15 AM TO PUT UP GAZEBOS BEFORE CARS START USING THE AREA AS A PARKING SPACE. pls be there...we especially need MAN POWER

d) SHAWN is going to contact fr charles about pick up truck. He also needs to check about agenzija zghazagh's opening hours to return gazebos before work.

e) CYNTHIA- to bring A4 posters, music and donation tins

f) SARAH- to do a large poster on Kartoncina. include detaols form original poster. Also write in small print- car soap with the support of BURNOUT TYRE SERVICE, Marsascala

g) Shawn and Chan to pick up all items from Balzan. Make sure to take the ladder and tape too.

h) all: Make sure to Get a bucket with you as we think there are not enough buckets

On the day we'll take it in turns to go around with Donation Tins, especially after mass times.

Make sure you put on sunblock, and bring a hat and water!

Dear all,

As you might have seen from my post on FB, I'm really sorry but I have a funeral at 9am on Saturday. I will be bringing the van with everything to Msida at around 7.15am and leaving immediately to go home & wash. I will then join after the funeral for the washing.
