capybara-webkit 0.14.0 release

I'm excited to announce capybara-webkit 0.14.0, which among other fixes and improvements brings Capybara 2.0 support. Thanks to the many contributors who made the release possible. I hope that this release will address many of the outstanding issues encountered by users, including segfaults and unexpected test failures. For more details, check out the NEWS file.

Note that this release officially drops support for Qt 4.7 due to incompatibilities with Capybara 2.0, however the server will still compile and run but does not pass the Capybara integration test suite.
