Dear California Commission on Disability Access (CCDA) Stakeholders,

 

We are reaching out on behalf of the CCDA and CPS HR Consulting to request your assistance in sharing a brief community survey with your network.

 

CCDA is gathering input from both the disability and business communities across California to help shape its strategic priorities and initiatives. This is a meaningful opportunity for your members and stakeholders to directly influence how the Commission addresses disability access — across physical spaces, digital environments, and the broader community.

Why This Survey Matters

• Results will directly inform CCDA's strategic direction and decision-making.
• The survey takes approximately 5 minutes to complete (with optional open-ended questions taking an additional 5–10 minutes).
• All responses are confidential and will only be reported in the aggregate.
