The California School for the Blind (CSB) is excited to invite students to participate in our
CSB Summer Academy 2026, a free, weeklong summer program designed for students with visual impairments from ages 9-22.

application, please complete the medical packet. Families are encouraged to begin the process early, as physician signatures will be needed.

🏫 Program Highlights

Held on CSB’s Fremont campus

Students grouped with peers of similar ages

Interest-based learning aligned with the Expanded Core Curriculum (ECC)

Students may commute daily or stay in free on-campus dorms

No cost for tuition, housing, meals, or activities
