The Society for the Museum of Original Costume Presents: “Soft Spaces and the Woven Landscape” Recycle, Reuse and Refashion !   Award-winning fiber artist Sola Fiedler explores her textile creations from her larger than life City Tapestries to more intimate studio pieces. Sola’s Soft Space Studios, based in Vancouver, produces embroidered and woven originals. Her monumental City Tapestries [capturing the panoramic cityscape in minute bird’s eye detail] have been internationally exhibited to much acclaim. With over 50 years of experience, Sola will provide an inside look at the technical and creative processes behind her art.
