Seeking 2 Technical Writers/eLearning Instructional Designers - Sydney CBD 19th September 2013

We are seeking 2 Technical Writers/eLearning Instructional Designers for a 6 month contract in Sydney CBD Big 4 Bank Project - payment system for Business & Banking payments The contract work will be held in Sydney CBD and is FULL TIME - Consultant must be based in Sydney and is an Immediate start.    Deliverables Training Plan Training Needs Analysis Develop e-learning modules Leader Led manuals Train-the -trainer workshops Reference Materials (QRG, cheat sheets) Track Training Completion Rates Track Training Comprehension Levels Update training materials post pilot Workaround training materials Minimum requirements of the consultant Minimum of 5 year’s experience in a training role Evidence of a portfolio of training materials Demonstrated experience in creating training plans and establishing purpose fit training materials Proven ability to develop training plans, needs analysis and materials to tight deadlines and working effectively under pressure Ability to work closely and collaboratively with colleagues and build rapport with clients Demonstrated experience working as part of an organisational change management team Demonstrated experience with developing training for new system and business processes Skilled with using a variety of training tools and applications, including captivate etc Ability to work safely PC skills (Outlook, Word and Powerpoint) Contract Rate $550 per day (all inclusive)
