The only time, I have recently played has been with my kids or a few friends now and then. I have never cheated! I have never entertained cheats, never googled them never mind installed any. I've had this account with EA for 8 years and never once cheated in any game.


I tried to ask for information to understand why and how I was banned but have been left in the dark with a scripted response every time. I was happy to take a look at the software on my system thinking maybe it was a false positive from something like DS4Windows (installed to play F22 with my daughter with PS4 controllers) for example. but I have had the door slammed in my face.


They tell me that the matter is now closed because they've looked at it twice. If any rational human being looked at my account they would see I'm a very bang average player. look at my kills, deaths, assists, win ratio. I'm no Shroud.


Accounts and Billing told me the appeal team would be able to explain to me why, but that seems like it was complete and utter rubbish. Because they say they won't 'provide any details regarding our internal procedures'. So they can just pick and choose who they want playing the game and hide behind a blanket statement like that?


O so the community managers are just as useful as customer support. Talk about embarrassing. Absolute Scumbags of a company. Absolute shocking way to treat paying customers and every where you turn 'Sorry can't help, Bye'
