Power Point IMPORTANT!

attached is a copy of the work in progress power point. what we still need is 2 slides about the servers (there is a placeholder slide) and the gant chart and ending cost. We are planning on meeting and rehearsing tomorrow. The time to be is 3 BUT NO LATER than 5. I understand the problems this may cause with work or prior obligations but please understand that this presentation is extremely important for all of us and our futures.

Upon review of the ppt:  the diagrams don't match the hardware counts on some devices. Its easiest to adjust the counts and cost, we should review this later. Also can we add an "ending" slide?
