Dear team, 

I just spoke to Mario, and considering we need to tell Ryan quite fast, please send us an e-mail (make sure to copy both of us) by 6pm today if you want to go. Since spots are limited if you are not able to attend all day but are interested, make sure to let us know. We will give priority to whoever can go for the whole day and put everyone else on hold. If more than 3 people are able to attend all day then we will randomly pick 3 names out of those who are able to attend. As usual, let us know any questions/ concerns. Thanks!

Hello team,

As you can see from the email below, Ryan at CS was only able to get three tickets for next weeks CS Macro Conference. As a reminder, it is to be held on may 7, and it is all day. 

So, we have to figure out who gets to go. First off, is there anyone not able to attend or willing to give up their chance?

Hope you’re well. The conference is at capacity , but I was still able to get 3 passes. Can you please send me a list of who would like to attend. Keep in mind that more may open up in the near future, but unfortunately, priority goes to the firm’s clients at this stage.
