Team,

Thanks for everyone's inputs today. Two follow-ups:

1. We can upgrade the overall format by adopting a SIPA template that is more professional looking. Attached I have enclosed one my Financing Energy Markets professor used. This is the best I could find. Will cross check with capstone liasons at SIPA and see what they recommend.

2. Lineup of roles: other than Ryan and Josh, Melissa and Evan have volunteered to speak as well. I'd volunteer to do the intro as I did in the midterm, if that's okay with everyone. And I agree people feel most comfortable presenting sections they wrote about. So a potential lineup could be:

(1). Joanna: Team intro, Investment thesis
(2). Ryan: Macro, History/Timeline
(3). Evan: Fundamentals (FX, Yield, Liquidity)
(4). Josh: Development of Local Mkt (Benchmark Tracking, Investor Base Composition)
(5). Melissa: Future (Frontier Mkt), Risks, Diversification

Please let me know if this looks fine to everyone, and if anyone has any advice on how to better divvy up the roles.

3. Next Steps:

Next Mon we will spend majority of the time rehearsing and say 30 minutes to go over potential Q&As. Depends on the progress, I suspect we might need to meet again for an hour between Mon & Wed (perhaps only the presenting members).

Meanwhile, if you have any comments on the current slides, please send them to Melissa so she can distribute another draft by Fri.

Best regards,
Joanna
