Hi Team,

Hope everyone had a good weekend. I know that we're still in the weeds on our draft report, but I'm wondering if for the agenda tomorrow we should also start talking about the PPT. I have a rough idea for a template, but I want to get everyone's input throughout the process.

Ryan and Joanna - let me know if you think this agenda item is feasible for tomorrow, and I'll have something prepared to discuss.

Thanks!

Good idea.
Based on Barbara Greene's principles and some of the examples she shared you should start to think about structure and flow of this.

Yes, thanks Melissa - we'll add that on the googledoc.

FYI, I'm doing the graphs now. Could you guys please let me know which graphs you did so I can address individual questions to you if I need to.

Thanks,

Ryan

I concur. Melissa, maybe you can start creating a PowerPoint shell this week so everyone can put their section in soon. We will discuss the timeline at tomorrow' meeting for sure. Chris, please do feel free to contact RyanCS to get those "big picture" comments as he mentioned. The last thing we want is to deliver something that doesn't meet their high-level expectation and to change course in the last minute.

Thank you team for your hard work! I really think the latest draft is shaping up very nicely.

Great, I think that reaching out to Adam at some point would be really helpful. I've attached a presentation template to work from tonight, which can also be found in the Presentation folder on dropbox.
