Test Kitchen Connection?

Hi, 

Friend passed on this info for his friend at a pumpkin carving party tonight. 

Kaytee had the conversation but said they specialize in organic food packaging here in town and have test kitchen space. 

Not seeing that on the website but pinging the guy to see. 

Wondering if the test kitchen would be legit for USDA certified samples in super low batch size to keep COGS down early.
