Per Corinne's message about asking tough questions... I started a doc to get the list going.  If one's already started, I can paste it in, but couldn't find one so here's an opening round.

Investor questions round 1:
  1. Why 1,000,000 and only 20% of the company?  The financing sheet says you need $570,000?

  2. What's my ROI?

  3. When do I get out?  How do I get out?

  4. What's your exit?

  1. Why do you think you can make $50M in sales off a beverage powder?  Has any other player done that?

  1. When do you think you'll expand into a RTD?

  2. What assets do you take on in year 5?

  3. Why wait that long when you have that much cash?

  1. What's your net operating cash cycle?

  2. How many days of inventory are you keeping?

  3. And, what's the shelf life?
  4. What percentage of spoilage did you plan for?
