Consumer Market Research 1:

An online consumer survey was conducted of a national research panel of 2000 U.S. adults, deemed census representative, in February 2011.  Asian-Americans and Hispanics are considerably more likely than the population as a whole to agree with the statement "When I shop for food, I look for organic/natural."  Asian-Americans are 61% more likely than the average; Hispanics are 25 more likely than the average.

Macro Market Economics.  Add growth numbers.  Story:  US population grew.  Largest population growth segments are Hispanic and Asian.  The audience with most like to buy organic and sports drinks are Hispanic.
