I meant to go over this last night.  This is our pre-F2F deliverable.  I just completed mine.  It's interesting.  The first screen has five questions where we rate our individual participation.  The second screen forces you to (copied from screen): “Allocate ‘stock’ based on your honest and fair assessment of his or her contribution to your overall team effort. You must assess each member of your team, including yourself.  No two people may have the same number of shares, you may not issue fractional shares, and you must allocate all 100 shares.”
