Our meeting is Monday at 8:30p.  Does this give us enough time?  Should we meet at 8p instead?  -- leaving this question mainly for Roni and Nick.  

For our meeting, if everyone could use the draft business plan that was submitted and send me your footnote citations by the Monday meeting, I will finish up the document.  Corinne, do you think you can have the financial appendix piece together by Monday night too?  

I'm around tomorrow after about 1p to help out on the presentation or spreadsheet where needed; otherwise, I'll just be formatting the biz plan and mixing up Motu for the F2F.

Hi, All:

$1M to cover operational & inventory production for a 20% equity stake.  If I take out the production facility that I plugged in year 5 (see "WORKING FINAL DRAFT" updated version in W11), I think it works.  [In reality, we'd test the marketplace and our assumptions post a crowd-funding round.  If the opportunity proved as projected, we'd probably seek angel money with a revolving bank line of credit.]  But for our presentation...please, my friends, poke holes...poke lots of holes.  Ask me your shark tank questions...As I work to complete the financial appendix, I'll be working to address all open and outstanding questions that the VC's may ask based on your input.
