Hey all,
It's down to the wire, and these are things that we need to do.
First, we need to figure out what ai/ao ratio would be best based on the equations that schuyler found. We also need to figure out if it would be appropriate to use a variable D coefficient based on erosion/degradation. Once we have the a ratio, we should be able to throw some CAD drawings together and write the G code.
Alex is going to be fabricating the chip today and this weekend. How can people help? Who is available to help?
Maureen, we need your equations for erosion based release to fit into Ben's overall equation, and then we need to run Ben's equation and see what it looks like.
I need Eric to be in charge of the powerpoint, and I need someone else to be in charge of the poster. Alex has a template that we can use.
The main figures in our report should be: Schuyler's graphs Q vs t with varying alpha ratios. The alpha ratios that we are considering are on the spreadsheet attached to this email.
Degradation Data. Maureen's porosity evolution and release based on degradation. Ben's overarching equation. Doug's time progression of monte carlo graphic, drug release profile, porosity profile?
Table(s) of chip dimensions, drug loading/solubility and material properties CAD drawing of our chip
That's it for now... I'm out of town for the day, but feel free to text me. And be in contact with one another too. I'll be on campus tomorrow and sunday definitely.
