There will be a planning meeting today but the actual meeting with the hospital faculty was postponed and has yet to be rescheduled.   Professor Briber will contact you when a schedule has been set.

My team members and I were wondering if you had any confirmation on the date, time, and location of the presentation to the group of doctors from the National Children's Medical Center? The last thing I heard was that it would possibly take place sometime on Thursday the 24th.  We'd appreciate a confirmation so we can plan accordingly!
