Hi Pat,

Honestly, whatever time works best for you will probably work for at least one of us. I know how busy you are - it's probably easier for us to work around you.

Thanks for being willing to help us out,

Hi Pat,

As you may or may not know, for CS capstone this semester we are designing a
system that will more or less replace Blackboard for professors in the CS
department. Professor Aars and Dr. Song have informed us that you are able to
query the university databases with a queued request system. It would be very
useful for us to know what format you receive that data in, so we can make it
easy for you (or another administrator) to put it into our system, once the
system is live.

Is there a time that we can meet with you to discuss information like this?
There are five of us in our group, so almost any time you pick would probably
work for at least one of us.

Thanks, and travel safely.

-Jordan

Jeff:

Here are the files we discussed today. I have sanitized them so I think they should be correct. It looks like the best file type is the MicroGrade or MGR file. It contains everything in one file format.

Keep in mind that the university may switch formats at will (Micrograde, a program to deal with grade books) is no longer being supported as the manufacturer stopped supporting it 3-4 years ago.

Thanks.
