Critical Bug Report and Feature Suggestions for Capriccio Android

Hello Capriccio Team,

First of all, thank you for developing Capriccio. It is one of the best music players on Android, with excellent sound quality, a clean user interface, and many useful features.

I would like to report several issues and suggest some improvements that I hope can be considered in future updates.

1. Critical Issue: Email Verification

This is currently the most serious issue.

The app always says that the verification code has been sent successfully, but no verification email is ever delivered.

To make sure the problem was not on my side, I tested the following:

• Multiple Gmail accounts.

• Different Android devices.

• Different internet connections.

• Spam, Junk, Promotions, and All Mail folders.

• Waiting for several hours and even several days.

The verification email never arrives.

This appears to be a server-side problem.

Suggestions:

- Please check the email verification service.

- Show the actual server response instead of always displaying "Verification code sent."

- Display an error message if the email could not be sent.

- Add an alternative verification method if possible.

2. Better Error Messages

Please provide more detailed error messages.

Instead of showing only a generic message, let users know whether the problem is caused by:

• Network connection.

• Server unavailable.

• Authentication failure.

• Internal server error.

Clear error messages make troubleshooting much easier.

Please consider adding a bug reporting feature inside the app.

Many users may not know that Google Groups exists, so reporting bugs directly from the app would be much easier.

• Music library scanning speed.

• Performance with large music libraries.

• Overall stability.

• Memory usage.

• Support for DSD audio formats (.DSF and .DFF).

• Settings synchronization across devices.
