I’ve been using Capriccio for years, and it has always been my favorite app for music. I have never had any issues with it.

Recently, I’ve been trying to back up some music files from my iPhone, but I haven’t been able to find a way to do so. It seems there’s no option to transfer MP3 files from Capriccio to my PC via iTunes or to upload them to iCloud, email, or Dropbox.

Could you please advise if there’s a way to export these files from the app?

Thank you and I look forward to your guidance.

Hi Jiyong,

Thank you so much for your kind words about Capriccio! We're thrilled to hear that you've been enjoying the app over the years—it means a lot to us. 😊

Currently, Capriccio doesn't support exporting your entire music library or uploading files directly to cloud services. However, we truly appreciate your suggestion, and it's something we’ll take into consideration for future updates.

In the meantime, you can share individual songs using the app's latest version:

  1. Open your playlist.
  2. Tap the three dots next to a song's name.
  3. Select Share.
This will open your device's default share dialog (iOS/Android), allowing you to choose where to send the file (e.g., email, messaging apps, or cloud services).

We understand this isn't the most convenient solution and sincerely appreciate your patience as we work on enhancing the app. Rest assured, exciting new features are on the way, and your feedback is incredibly valuable in shaping them.

If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out anytime. We're here to help!
