Every time i open the Capriccio app on my iPhone 15 version 26.1, a blue screen appears and will stay on that screen. I've tried restarting my phone and many other things but the blue screen keeps appearing. Iv'e had this app for so many years that i don't want to delete it and lose all my music... is there anything i can do to prevent that ?

Thank you for reaching out and reporting an issue you're facing. Please update your Capriccio App to the latest version (6.4.6) if you haven't yet. This should fix your blue screen lag issue.

i just updated the app yesterday hoping that it would resolve the issue but the blue screen still appears when i open the app.

Dear User,
Can you check the app version installed on your device ? Please go to Settings => General => IPhone Storage => Capriccio. once you click on Capriccio you should be able to see the app version on top. Can you let us know what version shows to you ?

Dear User,
We are still investigating why this bug is still showing on your end, can you please record a video and upload it here so that we can check further what is really going on with you.
Also can you confirm you're using iPhone 15 with IOS version 26.1 ?
