Debut show tmw nite :D

Fam, I'm finally taking the plunge. My first public gig, singing &
playing guitar mostly, a little pandeiro in there, too! I would be
honored with your presence if you're free, and I understand this is
way short notice. I'm not the world's greatest promoter... especially
for myself! There will be some kind of capoeira/caf caravan, I
believe, check in w/Batinah, Pete or Mestre if you wanna hop aboard!
It's an early show so we'll likely hang out afterward. Most of y'all
have my cell already if you need to reach me, but if not, shoot me an
email before 2pm Friday. Since my first music class with James and
Pete something changed in me and I can honestly say capoeira and all
of you have given me the courage to do this!! Hope to see you there!

oppression and depression! We weave together traditional songs and
spirituals with newer original songs in Spanish and English to lift up
hearts and strengthen communities. This is a participatory event and
