How to compress/use packing with RPC

I can't seem to find out how to use either the gzip compression or capnp packing in combination with rpc

It's true, currently TwoPartyVatNetwork doesn't feature any flags to enable these. You could write a custom VatNetwork implementation that does it.

I'd be happy to accept a PR adding the features to TwoPartyVatNetwork.
