Hello capnproto-announce,

At long last I am releasing version 1.0 of Cap'n Proto.

But don't get excited, there's not any huge changes. Truth be told, I probably should have done this a long time ago -- version 0.6 in 2017 might as well have been 1.0. In fact, the motivation to declare 1.0 now is more because we want to start working on 2.0...
