Unpaid Intern – The Laurel Pregnancy Center is currently seeking unpaid intern candidates for the summer of 2012. Responsibilities include administrative duties relating to planning events and supporting projects. This internship is most appropriate for college students seeking college credit and experience in a faith-based nonprofit organization. The weekly schedule would be Monday through Thursday, 9am to 5pm, however, this position is flexible enough to accommodate 25-40 hours of work. Since 1987 the Laurel Pregnancy Center exists to serve both women and men who are facing an unplanned pregnancy. The Center is located about 20 miles north of Washington DC. The address is 415 Main Street in Laurel, Maryland 20707.
