Arise: APA 2017 Recruitment Update(Feb 2, 4:08pm)!
---Updated Deadline Info---
The deadline for the $109 pricing for APA is 11:59pm, Friday, Feb 3rd.
The price will increase to $119 at 12:00am Feb 4th. We will keep registration open until the end of the night, Thusday, Feb 9th!
---Recruiting idea for APA---
APA is open to having people join all the way up to the conference, let it be a great way to keep up the recruiting efforts. We've got some great plans for Scripture engagement and seminars to grow student's self-awareness and leadership capacity. We REALLY are praying for 70 students to join us for the weekend! Imagine how that could continue our robust conversation around ethnicity, leadership, reconciliation, renewal, etc etc etc.
Here's a quick idea...
1. Take 20 seconds now to just think of 5 APA students you know around the fringes of your ministry. They could benefit from growing in their ethnic identity, having their eyes opened to the beauty and breadth of the APA community, or learning how to plant ministries to communities they are not from.
2. Take 5 minutes to text or call them and invite them.
3. Text 3 students that are going to APA, and ask them to invite from their networks as well! Keep expanding the influence!

---Scholarship $$$ FROM the APA Conference to your students--- Made a few text asks the past few days and there's a good chance we're looking at up to $3k+ in scholarships coming through for APA. Invite and invite and invite! Don't let money be the issue :). Can you do me a favor?
1. Invite students and make sure money isn't stopping them!
2. If you can send me a projected need for scholarships(i.e. 3 students from ABC campus probably needs a total of $200 in scholarships), I can send that on. These ministry partners are responding to tangible need!
