Please find attached Capital Toastmasters current financial position.
The column debtors shows monthly subcriptions owing to 31 May 2012. We
appeal to members, especially those that are more than two months in
arreas, to settle their dues so that we can run the club finances
smoothly. As mentioned in my business report two months ago, we would
like to have a bank account as a club but we can only do that if we
are operating on a surplus basis. We encourage those that can pay in
advance to do likewise and we can also pay for our venue in advance.
I would like to thank those that have been maintaining their accounts
in order and please continue to do the good work, it shows your
commitment to the Club. Additionally, It makes the job of the
Treasurer enjoyable.
